We provide therapy services to clients from India, United States and other countries. For clients located in the United States, we only provide services to those residing in the states of New York and Washington. Please contact us for additional information.

We start with a short consultation call. If we decide to move forward, you will then complete a few client forms and we will set a scheduled time for us to meet. A reminder and link to join the session will be provided to you before each session.

The length of treatment is different for each client. It depends on your goals and expectations from therapy. We believe meeting at least once a week is crucial to make progress in achieving your goals in therapy.

Yes, all communication between a client and therapist are strictly confidential. However, there are a few exceptions for which therapists are mandated by law to report to appropriate authorities. These exceptions include:
1. If the client is in immediate danger to themself or another
2. Suspected child abuse, dependent adult, or elder abuse.
A detailed explanation on limitations of confidentiality will be provided in the consent forms when you begin therapy.

Talking to a friend can be very helpful. However, there are a few important distinctions. A therapist will never hold any expectations and the focus will be entirely on you. A therapist will also be objective and unbiased as they do not share a personal relationship with you and is professionally trained in dealing with mental health issues.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and UPI. Please contact us for alternative payment methods.
Clients will be required to pay at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

I believe deeply in respecting both your time and mine. When we set commitments, I commit fully and expect a mutual understanding in return.
Advance Cancellation: Clients may cancel their appointment without any charge if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. However, if such cancellations are made more than once a month, we reserve the right to terminate and refer the client to other providers.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted if done more than 24 hours prior to the session. However, rescheduling can only be accommodated within the same week, based on the availability of open slots.
Late Cancellation: Any cancellations or rescheduling attempts made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a 100% charge of the session fee.
Extended Breaks and Sickness: If you have plans to travel, are feeling unwell, or require an extended break from sessions, please communicate with us as early as possible. Your health and well-being are our priority, and we are more than willing to discuss and accommodate your needs.
Punctuality: It is the responsibility of the client to arrive on time for their scheduled session. If you are late, please understand that your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to ensure fairness to all clients.
